Hill Country Antler
Buyers, in business since 1992, is one of the largest antler dealers
in Texas. We offer fair
grading and top market prices for your antlers.
We buy deer antlers of all species – Whitetail, Axis, Fallow, Sika, Elk,
Stag/Red Deer, Pere David’s Deer and Mule Deer. We buy sheds, racks, or
cutoffs. Antlers attached to a skull or skull cap will be cut off prior
to weighing.

Antlers are graded based on
the condition, weighed, and purchased by the pound. Unlike other antler
dealers, we do not deduct for broken points on any grade.
Our antler grading process
is as follows:

Grade 1: |
Brown, fresh shed antlers with
no cracks |
| |
Grade 2: |
Light, sun faded or brown on one
side, light on the other side with no cracks |

Grade 3: |
Cracked and/or chalky
|
We do not buy antlers that
have velvet, stains, mold/mildew/algae, paint/lacquer/stain/sealer, or a
pinkish tint on them. We also do not buy shoulder mounts.
We will come directly to your location for quantities of 100 pounds or
more. Quantities of less than 100 pounds can be brought to our location
in Fredericksburg, or we will pick them up when we are in your area.
