Because of the custom nature of our work, a 50% non-refundable deposit
must accompany all orders. The balance is due before shipping. There are no COD orders. If
the balance is not received 30 days after the completion of item(s), there will be a 10%
storage fee. After 60 days, the item will be up for sale in the showroom of Hill
Country Antler Art.
